Approximately one week prior to the start of the Annual Convention, AGC Georgia staff will connect with all registered individuals to share access to the event app. From that point forward, all updates to convention activities will be provided through the app. This webpage will no longer be the resource for timely information regarding Annual Convention participation.

As of May 1, 2025, the AGC Georgia room block closed. For questions or to be added to a waitlist, please connect with Danielle Ryan at ryan@agcga.org.
Below is the original information that was shared with AGC Georgia members when the Annual Convention opened for registration in late March 2025. Again, please note than the room block is not open at this time.
Rooms start at $305++ for double occupancy
If you are not planning to register for the full slate of Annual Convention activities or you’re not finding rooms available to your liking in the Westin room block, please visit the Westin’s website to learn about rooms that may be available at The Westin outside of our room block.

Ladies' Breakfast
Ladies attending the Annual Convention who are Social-Only registrants, are invited to join Patty Tuggle for breakfast beginning at 8:30 am on Tuesday, June 3. She’s looking forward to the shared experience of learning how to create festive charcuterie boards. All participants will take the charcuterie board they create with them to share with fellow Annual Convention attendees.
After Party presented by Harrison Contracting Company
All business registrants and social-only registrants are invited to end the convention in relaxed style with music from Are Friends Electric. The band is generously hosted by Harrison Contracting Company. This event is not open to anyone under the age of 18.
