Approximately one week prior to the start of the Annual Convention, AGC Georgia staff will connect with all registered individuals to share access to the event app. From that point forward, all updates to convention activities will be provided through the app. This webpage will no longer be the resource for timely information regarding Annual Convention participation.
Welcome from President Macon
Our golf tournament will take place at 8:00 am on Thursday, June 4. Make sure you plan your arrival for Wednesday if you plan to play in the tournament. Later on Thursday, we’ll host our Welcome Party. All members and their families are invited. We’ll have dedicated children’s activities available.
All business registrants are invited to gather on Friday morning for our Annual Meeting and ladies who are registered for Social-Only activities are invited to a special Yoga on the Beach session followed by breakfasthosted by my wife, Kim. On Friday evening, members are encouraged to explore the area for dinner and those who are enrolled in YLP and EA are invited to their respective dinners.
On Saturday morning, we’ll host our award ceremony and recognize the best of the best construction projects built by our member contractors, present Corporate Safety Awards and our Safety Leadership Award. On Saturday evening, I look forward to introducing you to Sean Moxley, our 2026-2027 Chapter President. After dinner, we’ll enjoy time at the After Party.

Room Block Info
Should our room block reach capacity, and you would like to be added to a wait list, please email your accommodation needs to Machell Harper.
Rooms start at $439++ for double occupancy
Just moments after you register for the three-day event as a Business or Social Only Registrant, you’ll receive two emails. One will be your payment confirmation email for your expense records. The second email will be from Machell Harper and it contains the link to the AGC Georgia room block at the Hilton.
The room block is set to only accept reservations for a minimum of three nights.
Any participant registering for a la carte options will not be provided the link to AGC Georgia’s room block at Hilton.
If you are not planning to register for the full slate of Annual Convention activities or you’re not finding rooms available to your liking in the Westin room block, please visit the Hilton’s website learn about rooms that may be available at resort outside of our room block.

Zach will kick off the Awards Program on the morning of Saturday, June 6, 2026. This portion of the program is open to all Business Registrants. Please note that attendance at the keynote and Awards Program is not included with a Social Only registration. Social Only attendees who wish to attend may do so by purchasing an à la carte ticket.

All business registrants and social only registrants are invited to end the convention with music from Are Friends Electric. for the second year in a row! They were an absolute hit for the 2025 Annual Convention! The band is generously hosted by Harrison Contracting Company. This event is not open to anyone under the age of 18.
